About

Kalpana Forgings India Pvt. Ltd. is making alloy steel Forging & machined parts for both automobile & non-auto mobile application ranging from 1 Kg – 22 Kgs. (By weight) Currently we are having only one manufacturing location ( Faridabad ) which is approx. 30 Kms. from Delhi National Capital of India. The company is equipped with all facilies in house from die design to developing fully machined forging components. Kalpana Forgings Private Limited was found in the year 1995. This company is sister concern of K.R.Auto Components Private Limited which is manufacturing sheet metal parts & welded assembly. The total group turnover is Rs. 600 crore and the individual turnover of Kalpana Forgings is approx. 60 Crore. KFL is manufacturing forging & machined components with steel grade of carbon and alloy steel.

With an Employee Strength of around 1200 members, it manufactures and markets Components for the Auto Sector to an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Its current product offering includes different kinds of Gear Blanks, Tool kits, Sheet Matel Parts, Heat Shild Parts, Automotives Parts. A ISO/TS16949:2002 Certified Company, Kalpana Forging Unique Selling Proposition is the fact that it is among the few auto component manufacturers in the country today which uses Near Net Shape Technology for Cold and Warm Forging.
