We use the latest Design Software, our Designing Department consists of a team of highly qualified Engineers, they follow a concept called NPD.

Kalpana Forgings is equipped with 2 forge shops, 6 drop forge hammers are installed at Forge Shop division, range from 1.25 tons to 3.5 tons, these are used for forging for various type of Gears, Shaft, Bucket Tooth, Side Cutter, Spanners etc. We are having capability to forge any job from 0.500 Kg to 28 kg. All hammers at forging division are associated with electric furnaces to achieve scale free clean forgings, due to such capabilities Kalpana Forgings is number one supplier of Forgings Parts to various Automotive Manufacturers.

Kalpana Forgings is equipped with 35 CNC Machines. We are capable to machines up to 350 mm length Gears of various types. We also do machining of Shaft, Hub & Pulley. We can machine around 7000 PCs per day.

Kalpana Forgings having in-house heat treatment facility – Heat treatment Division is equipped with Gas Fire Continuous Furnace it is a Gas fired furnace with Oil & Water quenching having 3 Electric tempering Zone. It is used for Heat Treatment of all type of Gear, Yokes, Shaft & hand tools. Forging Division is equipped with a Continuous Pusher type SCAD Based Heat treatment plant which is capable for ISO Annealing, Normalizing, Harding and tempering of various forgings. Capacity of plant is around 18 metric ton per day.
